TMC Gamechanger Program Overview

I want to thank you for being a part of my TMC Gamechanger program.

I wanted to get you all some information on how to be best prepared for the start of our program on Monday, December 9.  This page is a list of requests from me – and resources for you – to help us both be ready to work together on revitalizing your TMC.

  1. Please be sure to have my email addresses whitelisted.  You will be getting emails throughout the program from jim@jimhart.con or help@jimhart.com.  Some of them are automated, and over-aggressive spam filters don’t like them.  So please ask your IT people to whitelist both of these email addresses.
  2. If you have anyone on your staff who you feel needs to participate in the program with you, fill out this form with their information and we will bring them on.  This is a very high-level, fast-paced coaching program, so I would encourage you to limit this to people who will participate in high-level strategic decisions.
  3. Send us all of the data listed on the TMC Gamechanger Checklist.  (You may need to right-click and choose “Save Target As…” in order to download).  This Word document lists all of the data we need to make important strategic decisions for your TMC.  Please follow the URL at the end of the checklist, and upload your data to the form provided.  If you have any questions or need any help with this step, please email help@jimhart.com for clarification.
  4. Watch for your email welcoming you to my membership site.  Much of the information for the program will be delivered through the Members Area of this site.  I will be sending an email to all of you on Thursday morning to get you set up with a login and a password.  Please follow the instructions in this email to set your own password and be ready for Module 1 to begin on Monday, December 9.
  5. Review the outline of the program here.  This document outlines the topics we will cover as a part of each module.
  6. Attend our introductory call at 3 PM Eastern Time on Monday, December 9.  This will be an opportunity for us all to get to know each other as we begin the program.  You will receive call-in information via email as Monday approaches, but you may click here to download a guide for using Instant Teleseminar, the tool we will use for the calls.
